This Chester County Armory listing is for a stunning, like new condition Heckler & Koch HK 33K A3 .223REM/5.56mm NATO fully transferable registered receiver machine gun with three position Navy ambidextrous fire controls and a HUXWRX FLOW 556k reduced back pressure NFA silencer.

This fantastic NFA transferable machine gun originally started off life as an all-German production Heckler & Koch HK Model 93 semi-automatic rifle imported into the US in 1982 (as designated by the IC date code on the receiver). This model was then converted into a select-fire machine gun and NFA registered as a K model (shorter barrel) setup. From there, this beautiful, like new transferable machine gun has been recently completely inspected, upgraded, and refinished to modern 33K specifications by renowned HK Class 3 Gunsmith Ralph Smith at RDTS.  It now features a factory correct HK paddle magazine release, a three position HK Navy ambidextrous trigger pack and housing with 0,1,F fire controls, and an original HK A3 telescoping stock with an HK ventilated machine gun handguard. It also features an original German HK extended three position select lever on the left side of the trigger housing.

The barrel on this weapon is an original factory German HK barrel that has been professionally shortened to create a K length system. The barrel has been threaded to 1/2×28 TPI as a standard US sizing to be able to accept modern US .223/5.56mm suppressors. The bolt carrier is an original HK factory 33 buffer less machine gun bolt carrier that is ID date coded. This is a true factory HK 33 full-auto carrier and not a semi-auto carrier that has been altered. The bolt itself is IC date coded to match the rifle. The West German produced HK receiver has been restamped correctly to read “33K” as the model. Purchase of this gorgeous transferable machine gun includes a brand new with box, unfired HUXWRX FLOW 556k full-auto rated reduced back pressure/flow through design NFA suppressor. Due to the nature of the roller-lock action, most well-respected HK Class Gunsmiths recommend that only reduced back pressure suppressors should be used on 5.56mm roller-lock weapons both for longevity of the system as well as proper cycling without need for modifications. Purchase of this machine gun will also include a factory new HK German 30rd magazine along with two used condition original HK factory 40rd magazines.

This fantastic transferable NFA submachine gun is in excellent, like new condition both mechanically and cosmetically. It has been fully inspected and test fired and functions absolutely flawlessly in all fire modes with standard 5.56mm NATO ammunition. The bore is in excellent condition with bright and shiny rifling.  The full-auto bolt carrier is in excellent condition with only very minor finish wear observed.  The bolt face remains crisp and clean with no noted concerns. The exterior metalwork notes no dents, dings, gouges, malformations, etc. The fire controls are in excellent condition with only minor markings observed.

Cosmetically, the metalwork finish on this machine gun is also in like new condition, with almost no observable handling or use marks in the HK Exact Black finish that Ralph Smith is known for.  The HK Navy style housing is in excellent condition with only minor handling marks. The HK factory original A3 stock and forend also display only minimal handling marks.

The current NFA paperwork lists “HECKLER AND KOCH GMBH” as the manufacturer and “93” as the model of the machine gun and “HUXWRX SAFETY CO LLC DBA HUXWRX” as the manufacturer of the suppressor and “FLOW 556” as the model.
