This Chester County Armory listing is for an original, factory-built and NFA registered Group Industries Model HR4332 transferable Uzi SMG submachine gun. This model is currently setup in 9mm from the factory, built purchase will also include a .45acp SMG bolt, barrel, and magazines for an easy caliber conversion.

Built and registered as a factory original machine gun in Lousiville, KY by Group Industries, the HR4332 was Michael Brown’s answer to a need for a domestically built Uzi submachine gun that was completely built to original SMG specs, just like the Israeli produced counterpart. These models are completely in spec and 100% parts interchangeable with Israeli and other Uzi SMG’s made the world over to the original Uziel Gal Model A design.

This beautiful workhorse of a factory submachine gun features its original parkerized finish, ARS marked fire controls, and a removable wooden stock. The forearm and pistol grip on this model are the original OD Green versions supplied by Group Industries. In addition to the included .45acp caliber conversion bolt and barrel, this model will come with three .45acp 22rd magazines and three 9x19mm magazines (one 32rd magazine and two 25rd magazines).  A military green web-sling is also included.

This gorgeous transferable submachine gun setup is in fantastic overall condition.  It has been fully inspected and test-fired with no noted concerns. The bolt face remains crisp and clean and the bolt itself notes only very minor wear markings at the typical metal contact fitting points. The bore is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling. The metalwork notes no dings, dents, cracks, gouges, malformations, etc.

Cosmetically, the exterior parkerized finish is in very good to excellent condition, with only minor handling and use marks observed, most notably at the metal-to-metal contact points of the folding stock and the cocking knob on the top cover. The polymer forearm and pistol grip are in excellent, like new condition, with no observable wear or markings. The wooden stock is in excellent condition with only limited handling marks observed.

This NFA transferable submachine gun is currently on an eForm-capable Form 3 that lists “BROWN, MICHAEL DBA GROUP INDUSTRIE” as the manufacturer and “HR4332” as the model.
