This Chester County Armory listing is for a rarely-seen for civilian sale used Penn Arms PGL65-40 40mm 6-shot pump-action grenade and less lethal multi launcher. This item is an NFA registered Destructive Device, and will need to go through the NFA process for purchase.

The Penn Arms model PGL65-40 is a multi-shot grenade and less lethal launcher chambered in 40x46mm NATO. It features a six shot, 5″ rotating cylinder magazine that utilizes a forward pump-action vertical grip for a reliable multi-firing operation. This used police trade-in model also features a 10″ 40mm fully rifled barrel, as well as an optics rail and fixed stock. .

This weapon is in overall excellent used mechanical and functional condition. The bore notes rifling is in intact and well defined with some minor physical wear. The bolt face is clean and intact. The pump-action cylinder mechanism operates smoothly and appropriately. Cosmetically, this registered Destructive Device is in overall fair to good condition, as it does show significant exterior handling and use marks and physical surface scratches in the finish (see photos), but no cracks, dents, dings, malformations, etc., in the metalwork or polymer furniture. All concerns are cosmetic in nature, only.

This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer.

Individuals: prior to purchase, please make sure your Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer can accept a Destructive Device transfer. Under ATF rules, Type 01, Type 02, and Type 07 dealers may only accept two DD transfer’s per SOT year. An acknowledgement letter from these types of FFL/SOT dealers will be required to process a transfer. Type 09 and Type 10 FFL/SOT dealers are exempt from this requirement.
