This Chester County Armory listing is for a gorgeous, like new, Heckler & Koch MP5-N 9mm four position ambidextrous transferable sear machine gun setup.

This spectacular machine gun setup was originally created by S&H Arms using a S&H NFA registered HK sear installed in a German factory original HK Model 94 9mm host rifle.  The sear is NFA registered independent of the host rifle, so it may be separated. However, the rifle will need to be Form 1’d to create an SBR if the user desires to separate them, in order to avoid creating an illegal SBR.

This model has recently been updated and properly refinished to modern MP5-N specs by gunsmith extraordinaire Mike Friend of Firing Line in Wyandotte, OK. The featured upgrades include a factory correct paddle magazine release, an MP5 Navy model correct barrel (that contains both the HK tri-lug attachment platform as well as the Navy correct 1/2×32 threading), and installation of a four position ambi trigger pack with safe, semi-automatic, three round burst, and full-auto capability. As one would expect, this model functions flawlessly with standard SAAMI spec 9mm ammunition.   Purchase of this model will include one 30rd factory magazine.

This fantastic submachine gun setup is excellent, like new overall condition. It has only been test fired since its gunsmith upgrades to confirm function and reliability. Mechanically the fire controls (outside of the registered sear) are in factory new condition. The bolt and bolt carrier remain in excellent condition, with only minor finish wear noted. Barrel rifling is like new with a bright and shiny bore. Cosmetically, this model is also in outstanding, like new condition. The metalwork is flawless and the polymer housing and furniture are also in like new condition.

This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer. The Form 3 lists “S&H Arms Inc of Oklahoma” as the manufacturer and “H&K” as the model for the sear. The host rifle will transfer as a standard Title One rifle.
