This Chester County Armory listing is for a German factory built and imported Heckler & Koch G3A3 / G3FS 7.62x51mm NATO Pre-May Dealer Sample Only G3A3 machine gun.

This Pre-May Dealer Sample Only machine gun is in excellent overall condition. This is a factory G3A3 that is G3FS marked by H&K. It was originally built in 1974. The original BCG group for this weapon is also correctly marked with a 1974 date code. This weapon proudly displays its original “Freischwinger” (aka,  free swinger) 17.7″ factory barrel with grenade launcher ring, the wide HK G3 forearm, and it has been upgraded with the G3 factory correct, rear double push pin, HK four position ambidextrous trigger group with three round burst option.

Mechanically, this weapon is in outstanding condition with no mechanical concerns whatsoever. The bore remains bright and shiny with crisp clean rifling. The BCG notes only minor markings. The bolt face remains crisp and clean. The fire control group notes no wear or concerns. Cosmetically, this Pre May Dealer Sample Only model displays minor surface scratches and small paint chips in its factory original H&K slight gloss finish (most notably at the scope mount area of the receiver), but no dents, cracks, malformations, or any causes for concern in the metalwork. The polymer furniture notes some minor handling marks.
