This Chester County Armory listing is for an IMI UZI SMG 9x19mm NATO transferable registered bolt submachine gun.

This spectacular Uzi SMG setup is in like-new condition. This UZI SMG started off life as semi-automatic, Israeli-made, IMI Model B Uzi rifle imported by Action Arms of Philadelphia, PA. It was converted to a select-fire UZI SMG through the installation of an NFA registered, fully transferable slotted UZI bolt created by B&G Machine in Bardstown, KY. Renowned gunsmith Mike Friend of Firing Line in Wyandotte, OK was responsible for the proper fitting and setup of the registered bolt to the host rifle.

This model is in excellent, like-new mechanical and cosmetic condition. The host gun receiver has been correctly remarked to the Israeli markings of “SMG UZI.” The receiver host retains its original blocking bar but the barrel restrictor ring has been removed to allow for use of a standard Uzi SMG barrel.  The host gun is not permanently married to the NFA registered conversion device, and the registered machine gun bolt may be moved to other host receivers (all NFA rules apply).  The internals are outstanding, with very little wear noted on the exterior of the bolt. The bolt face is clean with a crisp, well-defined fixed firing pin. The bolt notes no dents, dings, cracks, or malformations of any kind, and only very minor wear and finish markings. The bore of the SMG correct barrel is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling. The receiver frame of the weapon is fantastic, with almost no marks noted whatsoever in the interior or exterior of the receiver. The fire control grip is clean and the bore and chamber remain bright and shiny. The top cover is an SMG, full-auto correct ratcheting model top cover. The folding stock is also in beautiful condition. This model has been test fired and runs flawlessly with standard SAAMI spec 9mm NATO ammunition.

Cosmetically, this entire weapon is also in outstanding condition. After fitting and inspection was completed, this model was also professionally finished by Mike Friend in a matte black finish and the fire controls have been inlayed with red and white markings, to replicate the FBI issued models from the 1980’s. The black polymer grip and forearm are also in excellent condition, with only minor handling marks observed. Purchase of this model will include four total magazines ( wo 32rd matte black magazines and two 25rd IDF marked parkerized magazines) and an Israeli military sling.

This transferable registered bolt submachine gun is currently on an NFA Form 3 that lists “BG Machine” as the manufacturer and “UZI Bolt” as the model. The IMI host gun will transfer as a standard Title One rifle.
