This Chester County Armory listing is for a fantastic semi-automatic Heckler & Koch MP5 9mm NFA registered short barrel rifle that is sear ready as a host gun for those with an NFA registered machine gun trigger or sear pack.

This model was originally built from a full size German factory H&K Model 94 by Terry Dyer when he was with Vollmer Manufacturing. It has been upgraded with a paddle magazine release and re-marked to MP5. The original bolt carrier has also been upgraded to be sear ready as a shelf model. This SBR also features an original HK German tri-lug MP5 barrel, an A2, and a polymer Navy style SEF trigger housing that has been properly clipped and pinned. Purchase will include one 30rd factory magazine.

This beautiful semi-auto SBR is in excellent overall condition. Mechanically, it notes only very minor markings on the internal fire controls. Bolt and bolt carrier remain in excellent condition, with only minor finish wear noted. Barrel rifling is excellent with a bright and shiny bore, however there is a small interior mark that is noted that appears to have been left by a cleaning rod. This mark does not affect accuracy, as can be seen in the 20yd test fired groupings that can be seen in the pictures (see test target). Cosmetically, this model is in very good to excellent condition. The polymer stock and forearm note minor handling marks while the Navy trigger housing is in factory new condition. The external finish notes some minor handling and use marks, most notably on the left side of the receiver.

This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer. The Form 3 lists “Vollmer Mfg” as the manufacturer and “MP5” as the model.
