This Chester County Armory listing is for a fabulous, like-new condition Heckler & Koch Model HK53 5.56mm NATO semi-automatic short barrel rifle that is sear host ready.

This beautiful SBR was created from an original HK93 and setup as a drop-in, sear-ready model by famed H&K gunsmith Ralph Smith at RDTS Manufacturing.  It comes with a properly clipped and pinned three position SEF contoured grip trigger housing already installed, so sear installation is as easy as removing the current semi-auto RDTS pack and dropping in your SEF registered trigger pack into the existing housing.

This SBR host features the correct-length HK53 8.3″ barrel, a Heckler & Koch A3 collapsible stock, paddle magazine release, and has been correctly remarked to read “HK 53” as the model.

This beautiful transferable SBR is in excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. The full auto bolt carrier group notes very little wear, outside of a few marks on the bolt head. The bore is bright and shiny, with crisp rifling. The RDTS upgraded fire controls appear in like-new condition.

Cosmetically, the exterior finish is in factory new condition, and notes virtually no handling or storage marks, whatsoever. The metalwork notes no dings, dents, scratches, gouges, malformations, etc. The polymer furniture is also in excellent condition with no handling or use marks of note.

This spectacular NFA registered SBR is currently on an eForm-capable Form 3 for easy transfer. The current Form 3 lists the manufacturer as “RDTS MFG” and the model as “53.”
