This model is import restricted in the United States as a Dealer Sample Only or sales to a certified Law Enforcement agency model due to its complete German construction and importation for non-sporting purposes, as defined by the BATFE.

This rarely seen model is being offered in new, unfired condition. It sports its original 14.5″ factory German barrel, and comes as pictured with both front and rear original sights, collapsible stock, OTB features, and a Heckler & Koch 30rd LEO restricted marked steel magazine.

This Dealer Sample Only model can only be purchased by valid FFL/SOT licensees or for direct departmental sale to a certified Law Enforcement agency. The current eForm 3 lists “Heckler & Koch GmbH” as the manufacturer and “MR223F-S” as the model.
