SWD Inc Model RP .22 Ruger MK II .22LR Integrally Suppressed Transferable Machine Pistol
Status: In-Stock / Please Call to Purchase
This Chester County Armory listing is for a rare, fully transferable Ruger Machine Pistol created by S.W.D. Inc., in Atlanta, GA as the SWD Model RP .22.
Wayne Daniels originally created this rarely seen full-auto only model by taking a Ruger MK II pistol integrally suppressed pistol and converting its firing mechanism from a semi-automatic blowback operated handgun to a full-auto only open-bolt machine gun. This registered receiver machine gun also features a Fleming Firearms integral suppressor. It is believed that there are less than 15 transferable Mark II machine pistols ever created by any gunsmiths, and not all that were created and registered functioned properly. This model runs extremely well!
Overall, this open bolt transferable machine gun is in excellent condition. It has been fully tuned by gunsmith extraordinaire Sam Schneider at Practical Solutions. It runs flawlessly with normal SAAMI production .22LR High Velocity ammunition, and sports an extremely impressive fast cyclic rate. Mechanically, the weapon notes only very minor wear from firing use. The internals are solid and crisp. The open bolt notes only minor finish wear at the metal-to-metal contact points, and both the bolt face and the bore remain crisp and clean. The bore rifling sports well-defined lands and grooves.
Cosmetically, this weapon is in very good to excellent condition, with only minor handling marks noted in the exterior Flat Dark Earth finish. The metalwork notes no dents, dings, gouges, malformations, etc. Any marks on the weapon are cosmetic in nature to the exterior finish, only.
This transferable machine gun is currently on an e-Form capable Form 3. Purchase of this model will require two NFA stamps, one for the machine pistol and one for the suppressor. The current Form 3 lists “SW Daniels” as the manufacturer and “RP” as the model of the machine gun. The Form 3 for the suppressor lists “Fleming” as the manufacturer and “22” as the model.
