Stemple 76/45 .45acp Transferable Sub Machine Gun with Integral Suppressor
Status: In-Stock / Please Call to Purchase
This Chester County Armory listing is for a Stemple 76/45 .45acp integrally suppressed transferable sub machine gun.
This transferable machine gun is an excellent representation of John Stemple’s adaptation of the Smith and Wesson 76 to be built in a factory original machine gun that fires the hard-hitting .45acp round. Stemple 76/45’s, while not always the sexiest of machine guns, earned quite the loyal following based on their performance and rugged ability. This model is no exception to that.
In addition to its original standard barrel and heat shroud, this transferable Stemple 76/45 sub machine gun will also come with a removable, integral suppressor and barrel made for the 76/45 by James Burgess. Purchase will also include three total magazines.
Overall, this weapon is in excellent mechanical condition. Internal parts display only minor wear and the barrel retains crisp rifling. Cosmetically, this weapon is in good to very good condition. It does note numerous surface-only handling markings in the exterior parkerization, but no dents, dings, cracks, malformations, etc. that would be of any functional concern. The integral suppressor and barrel note very similar use and handling marks as the weapon, itself.
This transferable Stemple 76/45 .45acp sub machine gun and included removable suppressor will require two separate NFA transfers and tax stamps. These items are both currently on Form 3’s, with the manufacturer listed as “Stemple, John” and the model as “76/45” for the machine gun and “Stemple” and “7645” for the manufacturer and model, respectively, of the silencer.
