This Chester County Armory listing is for a complete and fully functional RPG-7 40mm anti-tank rocket launcher. This is an NFA registered Destructive Device.

Remanufactured by Ohio Ordnance Works in Chardon, OH utilizing original parts, this NFA Destructive Device is a complete and fully mechanically functional 40mm rocket launcher. It is in spectacular overall condition, with only minor handling marks noted in the exterior parkerization. All mechanical components operate appropriately. The metalwork contains no dents, dings, malformations, etc of any kind (outside of some minor cosmetic surface handling marks).

This RPG-7 rocket launcher is an NFA Destructive Device. This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy eForm transfer. The current Form 3 lists “OOW” as the manufacturer and “RPG-7” as the model.

Individuals: prior to purchase, please make sure your Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer can accept a Destructive Device transfer. Under ATF rules, Type 01, Type 02, and Type 07 dealers may only accept two DD transfer’s per SOT year. An acknowledgement letter from these types of FFL/SOT dealers will be required to process a transfer. Type 09 and Type 10 FFL/SOT dealers are exempt from this requirement.
