This Chester County Armory listing is for a rare version of an Interord Corp. USAS-12 12ga semi-automatic shotgun, registered Destructive Device.

While this is a semi-automatic 12ga shotgun, the USAS-12 has been deemed a Destructive Device by BATFE as they have determined it to have no sporting purpose. Therefore, this item must be transferred and registered under the NFA requirements for Destructive Devices.

The factory finish on this model is shinier and more polished than then typical matte finish normally seen on most Interord-produced versions of the USAS-12. This finish is more commonly seen on the Daewoo Precision Industries-manufactured full-auto versions that are not imported to the US. It also features the same consistent polished finish on the lower receiver, instead of the matte black parkerized finish typically seen. This rare factory version came to us directly from an officer of Interord Corporation, who was able to have the model finished in-house to match that of their Daewoo partners. It is unknown how many other US versions, if anymore at all, were ever finished like this from Interord.

This Destructive Device is in overall excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Mechanically, the internals show little to no wear, whatsoever. The bore is bright, shiny, and mirror-like, with no imperfections noted. Cosmetically, this weapon is also in excellent overall condition, however it does have two minor blemishes in the polished finish (which can be seen in the photos) to take note off, along with a small handling mark on the top of the barrel (most likely from rack storage).

This USAS-12 will come with one factory original 20 round drum magazine, as well as an additional original 10 round box magazine. This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer.

Individuals: prior to purchase, please make sure your Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer can accept a Destructive Device transfer. Under ATF rules, Type 01, Type 02, and Type 07 dealers may only accept two DD transfer’s per SOT year. An acknowledgement letter from these types of FFL/SOT dealers will be required to process a transfer. Type 09 and Type 10 FFL/SOT dealers are exempt from this requirement.
