This Chester County Armory listing is for a factory original, all-German construction, Heckler & Koch HK MP5SD 9x19mm NATO Pre May Dealer Sample Only machine gun.

Setup as an MP5SD2 noting its original “SEF” trigger pack and fixed A2 stock, this double-push pin Pre May machine gun is a complete German-produced model, imported after the 1968 GCA, but arriving in the US prior to the 1986 cutoff.  This factory setup displays the original Heckler & Koch factory removable integral suppressor that was mated to this MP5SD receiver by HK, and serial number marked to show the correct matching association.

Overall, this weapon is in excellent mechanical condition, with only limited wear on the internals noted, and only minor carbon build-up on the firearm. The exterior metalwork is solidly intact, with no dents, dings, cracks, etc. of any functional or structural concerns. The original HK factory black finish does note storage, handling, and use marks consistent with many original Pre May HK machine guns. It also displays some minor marks and chips in the paint where an HK claw-style optic was mounted.

This Pre-May 1986 Dealer Sample Only machine gun is available for purchase by Class 3 FFL/SOT holders, only. It will come with one 30 round original factory H&K magazine. This model is a “keeper” gun, that may be retained by a licensee upon surrender of their FFL license. It is currently on a Form 3.
