This Chester County Armory sale listing is for a factory original, Cobray marked, like new, Jersey Arms Works / Hatton Industries Model S701 Avenger fully transferable MAC-10 submachine gun factory chambered in .45acp.
This fantastic transferable submachine gun was built by Jersey Arms Works in Westmont, NJ using a Hatton Industries S701 registered machine gun receiver. This model is in stunning condition and appears to have been fired very little in its original factory configuration. It has recently been fully updated with brand new Lage Manufacturing components in order to modernize a 1980’s classic. The upgrades to this submachine gun includes a brand new, unfired Lage MAX-10/45 mk2 Slow Fire .45acp upper, a Lage polymer grip housing, a Lage left-side folding buttstock, and Troy front and rear folding steel M4 style battle sights.
This gorgeous transferable submachine gun is in outstanding overall mechanical and cosmetic condition and appears to have been fired very little. The fire control mechanism notes only very minor wear and use markings. The original bolt assembly notes only very minor wear. The original barrel is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling. The exterior parkerized finish on both the lower receiver and the upper receiver is beautiful and consistent, with no noted handling or use marks observed. The upgraded accessories are all in factory new condition, with the exception of the Troy battle sights, which where previously mounted. Purchase of this model will include a total of five magazines (one parkerized magazine and four polished blue versions).
This transferable submachine gun package is both a fantastic entry-grade weapon to the world of NFA, as well as a great investment opportunity as the steady increases of price and value continue to move upward in the family of NFA MAC weapons.
