This Chester County Armory listing is for an increasingly rare USAS-12 12ga semi-automatic shotgun, registered Destructive Device.

While this is a semi-automatic 12ga shotgun, the USAS-12 has been deemed a Destructive Device by BATFE as they have determined it to have no sporting purpose. Therefore, this item must be transferred and registered under the NFA requirements for Destructive Devices.

Built by the original Gilbert Equipment Company in Nashville, TN before the design was licensed to Daewoo Precision, this semi-auto model was one of the few original models made before production was mostly seen by Daewoo and then later, Interord Corp.

This NFA registered Destructive Device is in overall excellent mechanical and cosmetic condition. Mechanically, the internals show little to no wear. The bore is bright, shiny, and mirror-like, with no imperfections noted. The metalwork is in fantastic operational condition, with no dents, dings, cracks, malformations, etc., noted. Cosmetically, this weapon is also in excellent overall condition with only very minor handling marks seen on the both the exterior finish of the metalwork or the polymer stock and forearm. The factory original M16A2 pistol grip shows some very minor surface handling marks, but nothing more than cosmetic in nature. There is a small cosmetic line marking visible on the left side of the barrel (see photos). It does not appear to be a scratch, but its origin is unknown. Overall, this weapon is an extremely clean example of a USAS-12.

This USAS-12 will come with two Daewoo original 10 round box magazines. Purchase will also include an original Daewoo Precision USAS-12 factory manual and an original Daewoo sling. This model is currently on a Form 3 for easy transfer.

Individuals: prior to purchase, please make sure your Class 3 FFL/SOT dealer can accept a Destructive Device transfer. Under ATF rules, Type 01, Type 02, and Type 07 dealers may only accept two DD transfer’s per SOT year. An acknowledgement letter from these types of FFL/SOT dealers will be required to process a transfer. Type 09 and Type 10 FFL/SOT dealers are exempt from this requirement.
