This Chester County Armory listing is for an NFA transferable full-auto open-bolt Intratec KG-9 / TEC-9 9x19mm NATO machine pistol.

Based off the original Swiss Interdynamic MP-9, the KG-9 was the American made version of it’s European predecessor. The TEC-9 series were built as semi-auto only pistols, but where often converted to full-auto and NFA registered as either registered bolt guns or as registered receivers using the pistol as the conversion model. This full-auto submachine gun features a preferred and desirable transferable KG-9 machine gun bolt by Centre Firearms as the NFA registered part. It is not permanently married to the Intratec TEC-DC9 pistol that it is currently installed in. Since the bolt is the registered piece, it can be moved to other host guns and parts (including the polymer receiver) can be replaced, as necessary if they wear out or fail.

Purchase of this transferable submachine gun will include an original Interdynamic AB MP-9 removable forward grip, as well as four total magazines (three 32rd magazines and one 20rd magazine).

Mechanically, this weapon is in wonderful condition, with no functional concerns, whatsoever. The registered bolt has been properly installed in the host pistol and thoroughly tested by renowned Class 3 Gunsmith Mike Friend of Firing Line in Wyandotte, OK. This full-auto only weapon functions absolutely flawlessly with standard 9mm SAAMI spec ammunition.  The NFA registered bolt notes very little wear. The bolt face remains clean and smooth with a crisp, well defined fixed firing pin. Both the metalwork and the polymer lower of the host pistol are in excellent, solid condition, with no cracks, dents, dings, etc. observed. The fire controls are in clean, with no concern or wear noted. The barrel rifling remains crisp with well defined lands and grooves. The bore remains bright and shiny.

Cosmetically, overall the finish on this weapon is also in excellent condition. The parkerized finish displays only very minor handling marks, and nothing more than surface deep. The polymer lower is also excellent with only minor handling marks observed. The forward grip notes some minor handling marks on left side of the grip, but all marks are only cosmetic surface marks and are no cause for operational concern.

This transferable submachine gun bolt is currently on a Form 3 that lists “Centre Firearms” as the manufacturer and “BOLT KG9” as the model. The host gun will transfer as a standard Title One Intratec TEC-DC9 9mm pistol.
