This Chester County Armory listing is for a Heckler & Koch Model HK 33K 5.56mm NATO NFA transferable machine gun.

This stunning NFA machine gun was originally created  and NFA registered by Hard Times Armory in Smyrna, GA using an original German HK 93 imported rifle receiver. HTA originally built this model as a full size HK33 A2, however it has just recently been professionally upgraded to a 33K carbine variant by renowned Class 3/NFA gunsmith Mike Friend of Firing Line.  This transferable machine gun now features an HK 33K correct 13.1″ length barrel and has been upgraded to include an HK paddle magazine release correctly remarked to read “HK 33K” as the model. It has also been completely refinished in an HK black. This model features Heckler & Koch four position fire controls (safe, semi-automatic, three round burst, and full-automatic) in a Navy style ambidextrous HK trigger housing.

This transferable NFA registered receiver machine gun is in like new condition both mechanically and cosmetically. Mechanically, this model functions absolutely flawlessly with standard SAAMI 5.56mm NATO and .223REM ammunition. The bore is bright and shiny with crisp, clean rifling.  The bolt carrier group notes only minor wear. The bolt face remains crisp and clean. The exterior metalwork is superb, with no dents, dings, gouges, marks, or wear of any type.  Cosmetically, the exterior metalwork finish is also in beautiful,  like new condition with no noted use or handling marks. The HK trigger housing is in new condition and the original A2 stock and forend display only minor handling marks in the original polymer of the stock and forend.

Purchase of this model will include its original Heckler & Koch Styrofoam shipping box, along with all of the original accessories which would have been imported with the rifle. These include three factory H&K steel 25rd magazines, an original HK olive drab sling (still sealed in its original factory packaging), and an original HK 93 manual, warranty card, and packing slip.

This model is currently on an eForm ready Form 3 that lists the manufacturer as “Heckler and Koch GmbH” and the model as “93.”
